Other Rick Show?

It's no secret that I watch Spike's Bar Rescue.  I like to see the concepts they come up with and make sure of the drinks they add to the menu.   The most recent episode featured a place called Brix, owned by Rick Reich, in Sunset Beach, California.  There's a good amount of Rickage already just based on that intro sentence.

Then, not two minutes into the show, I see this:
...and I was all "Oh, HELL NO".  
 Turns out, it wasn't really the Rick Show.  Just a guy with a failing bar.

    So this is what happens when I don't have TV. I have never heard of this show. It sounds like a bar specific version of Kitchen Nightmares, no? Is One Eyed Jakes still around? Maybe that place could be on the show...
