Ricky (song)

Since we talked about Ricky Ricardo last week, this seems only fitting.
 
"Ricky" is a 1983 Weird Al Yankovic song that parodies the Toni Basil song "Mickey".  The Wikipedia entry says that it was Weird Al's first music video.

    I was worried that Al wouldn't have his wild afro but luckily he does at on point. The ending is an explosion. Wow.

    I remember when I listened to this song as a kid I didn't "get" the reference to Babalu. But when I was doing the Ricky Ricardo post, I remembered that line of this song. Rick Show taught me something.

    Wow...I'm usually a fan of Weird Al...but that was bad. I'm not sure if it was just plain bad or if I think it was bad because it was making fun of a Rick.
