From Rick Rickert, let's move on to another "double rick," although by Rick Show standards, a bit less pure.
Richie Rich (or Rickie Rick, as I currently prefer. I'm sure somewhere in Europe someone calls him that) was a cartoon in the early 80s, based on comic books of the same name. If you didn't figure it out from his name, the kid is, uh...rich. Richie Rich. He has things rich people have. There are more dollar signs in this cartoon than you would normally think would be appropriate. However, given that the word 'rich' is in his name twice, maybe it's legit. Old cartoons are fun.

How long did it take someone to come up with the name Richie Rich? What a genius!!
ReplyDeleteAxe, you might want to note in the video (which I doubt you watched) that the antagonist was named Reggie. Seems like your "reggie show" would be full of villains.
ReplyDeleteI didn't watch it but I think I will have Grant start reggie show when he is a bit older and steal away your "large" audience.
ReplyDeleteI think that was a good choice to not watch it. I must have been super bored. I wish I would have taken a nap for those 10 minutes instead. I think it would have been more lively if the beloved Kevin Arnold was playing the role of Richie Rich. One can only dream.
ReplyDeleteAha! Finally I know how you guys feel about the videos.
ReplyDeleteI am usually ok with video's under 5 minutes. 10 minutes is long enough that I usually don't watch them. I made an exception this time....much to my chagrin.
