I've never seen Arsenio Hall talk WWF before, and I find this clip fun.
Rick Rude won multiple wrestling championships, but died at age 40 of heart failure. He also apparently appeared as himself 58 times on TV (I'm not sure why that's useful, but it's what IMDB told me).
The Ravishing one AND Bobby "The Brain" Heenan? This could be the best belated birthday present I've ever received!
On a side note, I knew the WWF (and especially the Hulkster) achieved mainstream success in the 80s, but I had no idea it was big enough that they were able to promote the undercards of their pay-per-views on shows like of Arsenio Hall...
That was kind of an awkward interview. On another note, I really need to grow a mustache like that. I think I could take the nation by storm with a stache like that!
Was Arsenio filmed in Chicago? I just get the sense that it was near the great Lake.
