Man, I wish you had Watson on rickshow to answer these questions. Awesome background by-the-way.
ReplyDeleteThere's a cognitive test we use at work that assesses "verbal fluency" by asking people to name as many words beginning with a specific letter as quickly as they can (in 60 seconds). I love this task, as you never know what you're gonna hear (although, when the letter is "F" there's actually pretty decent odds that you're gonna hear "Fart").
ReplyDeleteAnyway, one of the letters is "R" and, yesterday, for the first time I can remember, a subject said "Rickety."
It was amazing. Technically speaking, the subject's overall performance on the tast scored in the slightly "below average" range, but if it were solely up to me I'd rate it "Superior" solely on the merits of this one glorious response!
p.s. Did you catch that typo?
ReplyDelete"Tast."
Did I mean to write "TasK" or did I mean to write "TEst"? I bet even Watson couldn't answer that one...
I don't what's better, that you thought of Rick Show when you heard Rickety, or that you made the effort to let us know that you did. Both are great.
